Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• To return your item, email hello@singlehandedly.com and request a return label. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
• To exchange your item, email hello@singlehandedly.com and request your new ring size - we will then send your free return label to ship your original ring back. Once your return is received, we will process the exchange and ship your new ring.
